On
March 20, the Supreme Court observed that the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled
Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act of 1989 is being used to “blackmail”
innocent citizens and handed down guidelines to protect both public servants
and private employees.

court directed that public servants can only be arrested with the written
permission of their appointing authority. In the case of private employees, the
Senior Superintendent of Police concerned should allow it.
What Supreme Court is saying>>>?
Innocent
citizens are termed accused, which is not intended by the legislature. The
legislature never intended to use the Atrocities Act as an instrument to
blackmail or to wreak personal vengeance.
And as usual, there is a

This is what we called Bharat
Bandh. How can we damage our country’s property for our selfish purposes? This
property is not yours for granted to damage.
This are owning by a single text
payer of the Indian citizen and it hurts when somebody damage it. This is not a
way of Mahatma Gandhi or Dr. Bhimrao Ambendker.
So, how you called yourself their
flowers, it is wrong. Please stop damaging properties. It is not proper way;
you can protest but in way which Maharashtra’s farmer have done.
If you’re doing same again and again then how our nation can be strong among world other countries.
